There are 2 Types of Branch Rooms

Public Branch Room

Public Branch Rooms are FREE BUT are PK Enabled. You can choose up to 10 rooms to use. the [0] is the amount of person inside that specific branch room. If the count is [5] It means there are 5 players inside. Again, it is PK ENABLED so be careful! Inside Each Branch Room there is a NPC called Branch Manager which has a few functions. You can also use the manager for some functions like: HEAL Yourself (Full HP,SP) Buy BRANCHES or Clear-Up Monsters NOTE: Using the Branch Manager here to Clear Up the monsters in Public Branch Room costs 10,000,000 zeny.

Private Branch Room

For Private Branch Room you have to pay 10,000,000 Zeny for 60 minutes of use. You can choose between 30 rooms to rent. You can only rent the room if it says Available, otherwise you need to choose a different room. You can also let other people use the private branch room, however there are limits. Party Members OR Guild Members ONLY. You can also let your other characters in the same account by using the FOR PERSONAL ACCOUNT USE. Inside Each Branch Room there is a NPC called Branch Manager which has a few functions. Inside the private branch room, the Branch Manager will tell you the duration of your rent in that specific room. You can also use the manager for some functions like: HEAL Yourself (Full HP,SP) Buy BRANCHES or Clear-Up Monsters NOTE: Using the Branch Manager here to Clear Up the monsters in Private Branch Room costs 5,000,000 zeny.
